We require non-refundable deposits at the time of booking for our peak times such as, March break, July and August, Christmas holidays, all long weekends and first time clients. Long weekends, Christmas / New Years and March Break must also be a minimum 3 night booking,
Our Prices stay the same year round and do not change at Peak times.
DOGS
All prices include 1 activity, options are - a 15 min walk OR a 30 min individual Playtime OR a group playtime (Your dog must be social with other dogs and staff for a group playtime, dogs over 7 months must be neutered) We reserve the right to remove a dog from group play if dog is acting inappropriate or aggressive.

Medications -
If your pet requires medication in pill form 1 to 2 times a day with meal times it is included, additional pills and medications treatments including eye/ear drops and sprays is $2.50 each and Insulin and allergy injections are $5 each per day.
Feedings -
We feed twice a day, if your pet is over 7 months and requires extra feedings it is an additional $2.50 per feeding.
We do not have discounts for long term stays
All first time clients and booking for "peak times" (Christmas, New Years, March Break etc) must pay a Non-refundable deposit per a pet at the time of booking to reserve a suite for your pets. 1 - 2 nights $25 deposit, 3 nights and up $50 per week, paid by e-transfer to petchateau@yahoo.ca or by phone with credit card.
The day your pet arrives is day 1, regardless of the time of day they are dropped off.
Please note on the day of pick up if your pet is still here after 11 AM there is a half days charge, after 3 PM you are charged for a full night. We can not guarantee early AM appointments for arrivals and therefore if you are in need of early appointment time when bringing your pet, you may be charged extra depending availability. Such as Saturday / Sunday mornings or during peak times ex. July, August, Christmas and March break.
Please confirm the nights you are booking with us as once your pet is here you will be responsible for paying for the dates you scheduled even if you decide to pick up your pet early.
Payment
Payment will be done at the end of your pets stay. If there is someone other then the owner picking up your pet please let us know and pre-payment can be arranged.
Options for payment are major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
