Pick ups, drop offs and visits by appointment only, please respect this, Times must be scheduled at time of Booking. If you cannot make your appointment time please call or e-mail us before your scheduled time as we do not have someone in the office at all times and it is important for us to be able to spend time playing and walking your dogs, not be waiting for latecomers.
All pets must be dropped off 1 hour before closing. Dogs and cats must be vaccinated 2 weeks prior to their stay with us.
We are closed Christmas day, New Years Day, Good Friday and Easter Day to the public with shorter hours on Christmas Eve, New Years Eve.
- For additional information on boarding your pet, to make a reservation, or to come for a visit (during Peak times, July, August, Christmas, March Break & long weekends we will not schedule tours to visit our facility as this takes away from our time spent with our canine and feline guests. Thank you for your understanding)

-From the intersection of Maple Ave. and Trafalger Rd.
-Take Trafalgar Rd. South (Left) to Side Road #15 and turn Right.
-Follow to stop lights at Regional Road # 25 (or Hwy #25) and Turn Right
-Turn Left at Side Road #17 and follow for about 1.25km
